Your collection records stay local.

This policy explains how XMCATX handles collection and ledger data. Last updated: May 2026.

1. Information you enter

The app may contain records you add, such as item names, purchase costs, current values, preorder balances, ledger notes, currency preferences, resale estimates, and budget details.

2. Local storage

Collection and ledger records are stored locally on your device. XMCATX does not require an account to maintain those local records.

3. CSV preview

Local CSV preview features are intended to help you review information on your device. Be careful when sharing exported or copied data outside the app.

4. Deletion

You may delete all saved collection and ledger data from Settings. Device backups or operating system recovery tools may retain copies outside the app's direct control.

5. Support messages

If you contact us, we use the information you provide to respond to your request. Do not send sensitive collection details unless needed for support.
